Booth's Terrace plaque was designed by Jeff Teasdale and the plaque was made in conjunction with bronze-founder Julian Rockey and his team at the Leander Foundry in Llanrhaeadr-ym-Mochnant near Oswestry. The plaque incorporates six 'tiles' all of different design.
