Troopers from the 11th Armored Cavalry Regiment hold their battle position against the rotational forces in the first battle against the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 4th Infantry Division during rotation 19-02 at the National Training Center/ Fort Irwin, Calif. on Oct. 28, 2018. This battle tests the ability of the rotational unit’s ability to fight a open area mounted battle against a near peer force.
