Mr. Brown was killed atthe siege of Vicksbnrg in 1863, he having been awagonmaster in the Ninety-ninth Illinois Brown survived until 1889. Their familyconsists of six sons and daughters, all still and Mrs. Grimes are the parents of threedaughters, named respectively: Clara, Catherine Hawley A.
