SAN DIEGO (April 21, 2017) Mass Communication Specialist 3rd Class David Ortiz, assigned to amphibious assault ship USS Boxer (LHD 4), participates in a tug-of-war competition at the Naval Base San Diego (NBSD) Admiral Prout field. The event was part of the 3rd annual NBSD Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (SAPR) Cup. The SAPR Cup competition is held on NBSD every April during Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month (SAAPM).
