A 13-foot-tall dump truck hauls excavated debris in front of unfinished portions of 18-foot-tall (which underlies electrical power lines leading into Mexico) and 30-foot-tall San Diego secondary border wall on March 28, 2019. The Corps is supporting the Department of Homeland Security's request to build additional border wall near San Diego.
