Lt. Jackson of the Signal Reserve Corps photographed a boxing bout at Camp Lewis on February 12, 1918. The event was a Red Cross benefit and featured Albie and Jumbo Davis, ages 6 and 4 respectively, the sons of Davis. The soldiers showered them with silver, raising a total of $65 for the Red Cross. Their efforts in previous events have raised over $4,000 for the organization.
