Harry (left), executive officer, TRFB, listen as shop 67M team members discuss their shop’s productivity. Shop 67M assist in maintaining strategical and tactical navigations on submarines. Each week, TRFB leadership personnel visits a different production area of the facility for a first-hand look, which is referred to as a “gemba.”
