BLACK SEA (Dec. 6, 2015) Sailors aboard USS Ross (DDG 71) conduct replenishment-at-sea training with the Ukrainian Auxiliary ship Balta (U811) during a passing exercise in the Black Sea Dec. 6, 2015. Ross, an Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer, forward deployed to Rota, Spain, is conducting a routine patrol in the 6th Fleet area of operations in support of national security interests in Europe.
