Rachael Scott, a native of Gettysburg, Pa., and a transmissions system operator with 1st Battalion, 10th Marine Regiment, 2d Marine Division (MARDIV), operates a Getac B300 G7 as part of the 2d MARDIV High-Frequency (HF) Competition at Camp Pendleton, Va., July 13, 2021. The competition enhanced HF transmission proficiency and capabilities to prepare Marines for future expeditionary conflicts where the area is either contested or degraded.
