In the case shown in Fig. 159, the dentures, withthe exception of a slight malposition of the upper right lateral, were in absolutenormal occlusion and normal arch width and alignment, and notwithstanding thefact that four premolars were extracted, as shown, followed by the appUcationof the most scientific methods of correction, the dento-facial protrusion is stillnot wholly reduced. Think what misfortune marred this patients girlhood becauseshe did not receive proper treatment until after twenty years of age, and whollybecause the occlusion of her buccal teeth was normal. 236 FART VI.
