Mir Castle - fortification and residence in the urban village World Korelichi district of the Grodno region. Architectural, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site (2000). Up to 1568 hosts were Ilyinich, then - Radziwill (up to 1828), Wittgenstein (up to 1891). The last owners of the castle were Svyatopolk-Mirsky (until 1939), after which the castle became state property. Complex participated in almost all wars that were carried at one time on the Belarusian land. The successful combination of architectural styles of Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance makes Mir Castle one of the most impressive castles in Europe. In December 2010, after extensive restoration works the Mir Castle was opened to tourists.
