Adam Reynold's 'Graduate training' sculpture which was installed and commissioned in June 1998 for the Arthur House building in Manchester, England. Two figures are in the act of climbing to the top where a third figure is becoming annoyed at their ineptitude and slow progress. The sculpture has since been included on Manchester’s Official City Tour Route.
