NEWARK, Brig. Gen. David E. Deputy, chief of staff, Delaware National Guard, was presented the Delaware Conspicuous Service Cross by John C. Carney, Governor of Delaware, on March 2, 2017. A retirement luncheon was held at the Cavalier Country club in honor of Deputy for over forty years of service. Lieutenant Gen.(ret),former adjutant general, Delaware National Guard, left, congratulated Deputy on this achievement.
