HELMAND PROVINCE, Afghanistan (July 11, 2018) -- Marines and with Task Force Southwest and an Afghan National Army 215th Corps non-commissioned officer (NCO) listen as British Army Lt. Gen. Richard Cripwell, the deputy commander of Resolute Support, speaks to NCOs at Camp Shorab. Cripwell came to speak with the Marine Corps, Army, and Afghan NCOs about leadership, morality, and conduct in combat as part of corporal’s course, which aims to teach NCOs leadership skills so that they can mold the future of their service.
