More than 400 hot-air balloons attempted to break the simultaneous take-off world record in the Grand Est Mondial Air Ballons festival at Chambley-Bussières airbase in eastern France, on July 29th 2019. The gathering attracts more than 1,000 hot-air balloons from all over the world and is the biggest meeting in the world.
