It is unlike the ordinary musk- melon, both in appearance and flavor, having a hard and smooth outer skin which is nearly white. The melons are large, round to oval, thickmeated, green flesh and of a rich honey-like flavor, luscious and juicy. It is an excellent keeper and fruits may be laid away for later use.
