Ed Cassidy, an electrician at the Air Force Reserve Command (AFRC) T-56 Centralized Repair Facility, builds up a new wire harness for a quick engine change kit Nov. 2, 2016, at Little Rock Air Force Base, Ark. In FY 2015, the facility overhauled 29 engines and 37 propellers for AFRC and the Air National Guard units, saving millions of taxpayer dollars by repairing certain items rather than replacing them.
