News of the death of Harry A. Bar- nard, of London, England, the well known and poj)ular representative of Stuart Low & Co., received here March 16, caused many e-xj)ressions of regret. Mr. Barnard many good friends here, who keenly regret his passing. He was a fine tyjx' of man and a credit to any firm. His demise is reportcMl on the obituary page. S.
