Computer-aided design of a multi-layered \chip & wire\" hybrid circuit. Hybrids are complex circuits consisting of a number of interconnected silicon chips, resistors, capacitors, & other electronic components mounted on a ceramic substrate. They are typically used as a part of complex electronic systems.
