SAN JUAN, Puerto Rico. February 1, 2018 -Julia Keleher, Puerto Rico Secretary of Education, presents the coloring books that are about to be handed out to the students of The Ruiz Belvis Elementary School of San Juan. The United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) provided one hundred thousand coloring books to be distributed by the Department of Education in Puerto Rico.
