Army Sgt. 1st Class David Moseley, 335th Signal Command (Theater) (Provisional), marches during the Presidents Day 10K Ruck Sack March at Camp Arifjan, Kuwait, Feb. 18, 2019. Moseley finished the ruck march in 1:10:58. The event is in line with the Army's modernization strategy to make Soldiers and units more lethal to win our nation's wars, them come home safely.
