22nd April 2023, Westminster, London, UK. Scientists for XR at day 2 of 'The Big One' climate and ecological protest by 200 groups headed by Extinction Rebellion under the slogan ‘Unite to Survive’. Around 60,000 people took part in the legal marches and events over four days. Partner groups included Keep Britain Tidy, Friends of the Earth and Avaaz. 'People's Pickets' were held outside 15 Govt departments on Friday and Monday. A huge march on Saturday 22nd April ended in a mass die-in across Westminster.
