Marines from Delta Company, 1st Battalion, 9th Marines, preparing to move out Viet Cong suspects captured during a search and clear operation on June 27, 1965, approximately 13 miles north of Danang Air Base. This operation was the first held by the Battalion since their arrival in Vietnam on June 16.
