Coughlan & Sons Ltd., which isbuilding two steel cargo steamships, forCanadian Government Merchant Marine,viz., Canadian Transporter and CanadianFreighter, Marine Department contracts62 and 63, builders yard nos. 20 and 21,each approximately 8,390 tons, thekeels of which were laid on Jan. 6, ad-vised us recently that it could not then.
