Rancho Bernardo, California, USA October 21,2014 More than one week to Halloween, some front lawns and houses in the affluent neighborhood of Northern San Diego are decorated with scary items. It is warm and sunny here, not dark and gloomy, so it is rather amusing instead of horrifying. The sign "Happy Halloween" in particular is laughable.
