The 304th Civil Affairs Brigade is an Army Reserve brigade composed of Warrior Citizen Soldiers from the Philadelphia area, and are part of the Army Civil Affairs and Psychological Operations Command (Airborne), headquartered at Fort Bragg, New Iraqi Airways International Business Center 156372
