The present superintendent of theDover schools, succeeding Folsom, who held theoffice for many years, upon the ap-pointment of the latter as state sup-erintendent of public instruction, isFrank H. Pease. Mr. Pease is anative of East Boston, Mass. Hewas educated at the Nichols Latinschool in Lewiston, Me, and at Tuftscollege, graduating from the latter in1SS3. He was engaged iu teachiug.
