GROTON, Conn. (March 25, 2019) Seaman Theodoric Pierre and Electronics Technician (Navigation) Seaman Jack Bresnenswain lay carpet in a barracks room in Scorpion Hall (building 430) onboard Naval Submarine Base (SUBASE) New London. SUBASE put together the Tiger Team of junior Sailors to repair damaged barracks rooms while saving costs and time by having Sailors help Sailors.
