Biodiesel buses, Austria. These buses are using a biodiesel fuel made partly from recycled cooking oil. This type of fuel, obtained from plant oils, is renewable and sustainable compared to the use of fossil fuels. The buses are operated by the municipal bus company in Graz, Austria, and are waiting at Graz train station. The use of biodiesel in the Graz buses began in 1999. Photographed in May 2007.
