Demobilisation of the British Army Lance Corporal E Cowley of the Royal Army Service Corps (RASC) bids a final farewell to his army comrades after he has boarded the lorry that will take him to a demobilisation centre. Corporal Cowley was the first man to be demobbed from the British 1st Corps.
