Stony Point, , Dec. 15, 2012 FEMA visits with James E. Foland, supervisor of the Stony Point Bay Marina on the Hudson River in Stony Point , New York , to receive a guided tour of clean up efforts. This small craft settled hundreds of yards inland from it's mooring at the marina when the tidal surge retreated.
