Blake Matray, a 168th Air Refueling Wing KC-135 Stratotanker pilot at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska, operates the Sled Dog Fund, Inc., which is a non-profit organization that support disabled children and their families and finance clinical research on developmental disabilities, hospital programs, and educational programs.
