On the back of the sixteenth century Palazzo Giusti, built with a classical system U (facing the fragments of wall paintings), you get a lovely garden, the oldest part of which is conceived in the second half of the fifteenth century. Over time, the garden has undergone many transformations, until the last restoration in 1930 which restored the Buoyancy , statues, stairs and artificial caves are situated along the avenue of cypresses leading to progressive terracing. As you climb the slope, the architectural arrangement of the vegetation gives way to a more natural arrangement of trees and bushes. Important, in the garden, the only extant private collection epigraphic Latin in Verona, a famous maze of box hedges, one of the rare examples in the Veneto, designed in 1786 on a previous century maze, a beautiful female statue Alessandro Vittoria, in the western section of the parterre, the greenhouses for citrus, against the surviving stretch of city walls of the twelfth century. with statues Bernardino Ridolfi (Falconetto son and close collaborator of the Palladium), which is probably also the mask that overlooks the gardens and artificial cave dug out of tufa stone, with arched entrance framed by columns, entablature and tympanum (which give the appearance of a temple), originally covered with shells, coral and mother of pearl mosaics and with water games. From the lookout you can enjoy one of the most beautiful views of the city and has a beautiful sight on the garden in its entirety.
