The license is granted but withthe stipulation that the wheat employedshall, only equal 75 per cent of theamount consumed in the manufactureof the product last year. As the pro-duct uses the whole wheat, it is mani-fest that this restriction curtails thecompanys output by one-quarter. REORGANIZATION OF BUSINESS The Litster Pure Food Company ofToronto has been reorganized slightlythrough the addition to the staff of. THOMAS B. GREENING J: resident of the Pure Gold Manufacturing Com-pany, Ltd., Toronto, and of Todhunters, LimitedToronto, and senior partner in the firm of T & Co., Toronto. Mr. Greening hasjust been appointed a director of the Standard^ank. C. C. Moffitt as sales manager, and Hayden to the sales force. and Hayden were formerly withJohn Sloan & Co., wholesale grocers,Toronto, the former having been officemanager of John Sloan & Co. for sometime previous to his connection with theLitster Pure Food Company. John continues to be president of theLitster Company, while James Litsteris identified with the company in thecapacity of chemist. The company in-tends extending its sales organizationinto the various parts of the Dominionnot yet touched to any extent. Tar-tarine is being placed on the marketby this firm, substitute for cream oftartar, and Eveready Cocoa is anothernew product alreadv referred to inCANADIAN GR
