Compton,Surrey Wednesday 30th November 2016 Surrey Police is currently in attendance on the southbound carriageway of the A3 near Guildford following a collision involving a pedestrian and a lorry. The collision happened at around prior to the A31 Compton slip road. The pedestrian, a man in his 50s, has sadly been declared dead at the scene. The A3 is currently closed Southbound at A31 Junction while police carry out an investigation of the scene.
