CHICAGO, Ill. (March 7, 2019) James Byrne, the acting Deputy Secretary of Veterans Affairs, is greeted by Capt. Gregory Thier, Commanding Officer, Captain James A. Lovell Federal Health Care Center as he arrives for a tour of the facility. Lovell FHCC is the first-of-its-kind, and only, health care center that integrates Department of Defense and Veterans Affairs medical care in to a single combined mission.
