JOINT BASE PEARL HARBOR-HICKAM, (Nov. 11, 2015) Retired submarine veteran Master Chief John Dugan, representing the United States Submarine Veterans Inc., places a lei on the plaque of each World War II submarine on Eternal Patrol during the Veterans Day ceremony at the Pearl Harbor Submarine Park and Parche Memorial.
