Marines with Meals on Wheels from Regimental Combat Team 7 took a four-hour convoy down to Safaar to provide a hot meal for the Afghan National Army and Marines with Lima Company, 3rd Battalion, 1st Marine Regiment, in Combat Outpost Rankel, Garmsir District, Helmand province, Afghanistan, Aug. 19, 2010.
