The Ballymore Group is an Ireland-based international award-winning property developer. The firm has recently come under fire for a rapid increase in service charges for residents and on 7th May a blaze broke out on the seventh, eighth and ninth floor of the New Providence Wharf development, which is covered in the same type of aluminium composite material (ACM) cladding as Grenfell Tower, though the firm claimed in a statement the material "played no part in causing or facilitating the fire".
