JOINT BASE LANGLEY-EUSTIS, Va. (July 14, 2021) Army Capt. Thomas Drown and Chief Damage Controlman Kevin Fischbach, assigned to Joint Task Force Civil Support, carry incident support team equipment to set up during a communications exercise (COMEX) at the command. The command routinely conducts these exercises to test the incident support team’s ability to operate forward when supporting various missions.
