SANTA RITA, Guam (July 19, 2021) - Capt. Michael Luckett relieved Capt. Jeffrey Grimes as Commanding Officer of Naval Base Guam (NBG) during a Change of Command Ceremony held at Cmdr. William C. McCool Elementary/Middle School onboard NBG, July 19. The ceremony took place with a limited number of guests in attendance to ensure COVID-19 mitigation precautions, but was attended virtually through the live stream on social media.
