A bone-inlaid wheellock rifle, Pawel Kaliwoda in Teschen, circa 1650. A slender, smooth bore barrel in 11 mm calibre. The top of the barrel is engraved with vine and scroll decoration. The rifle maker's mark "PK' is stamped on the chamber. The wheellock has a slightly cambered lock plate with an almost illegible master's mark "P(?)" on the interior. Finely chiselled trigger.
