Over the past six U. S. Presidential elec-tions the national vote has ranged from 51 per cent, while in the Leagues directorelections the vote, in the past five years, hasranged nationally from 53 to 59 per cent, withsome division votes as low as 48, and some ashigh as 65, per cent of those eligible.
