During the time of discussion and considera-tion by the board of judges plans shall not beshown to any of the competitors, nor to the pub-lic until the decision has been announced. A planand its author will be excluded from the competi-tion if any attempt is made, directly or indirectly,by its author to unduly influence the decision ofthe board; if it is sent in after the limit of timenamed in the invitation, or if, in any particular, itviolates the conditions of the competition. 235. ? Changesand alterations requested by the board shall bemade in said plan by the architect or architects,without any additional compensation from saidboard. The superintendent employed by the architectshall be approved by the board. In full compensation for these services, in casesaid building is erected, including all changes andalterations in the same as hereinafter specified, heshall be paid a commission of 5 per cent, uponthe contract price. 237
