NEWPORT, (March 28, 2017) Naval War College’s (NWC) Center for Naval Warfare Studies hosted a Sea Dragon workshop in support of its mission to define the future fleet. Acquisition and warfighting center stakeholders gathered to explore the emerging Sea Dragon concept, a Strategic Capabilities Office sponsored project designed to enhance the Navy’s warfighting capabilities. The workshop was hosted at NWC in Newport, Rhode Island.
