Com- pare this with the three forward and one reverse of the gear ma- chine. Then, with the three independent systems of brakes, the Cartercar is safe at all times for ladies and young or old people to drive. The very simple construction and easy control make the Cartercar delight- ful for everyone to drive. And this Friction Transmission prevents jerks and jars.
