Conversion is not a change of opinionabout God but a change of heart towardhim. Religious selfishness is no whiter thanany other kind. God is knocking at our hearts wheneverwe hear that somebody needs our help. When we are willing to do we shall besurprised at how much we can TRUTH. Truth is the strength of God. Truth is what God says about a never dodges, no matter whoshoots. The truth we hate the most is the truththat hits us the hardest. A lie a mile away is always trying toprove that it is the truth. SMELTED ORE. THERE are too many people in thechurch who cant be religious incloudy weather. Be a little cautious about going securitj-for a man who takes no newspaper andkeeps two dogs. It may be that God makes some thingspurely for ornament, but a Christian doesnot come under that head. The Holy Ghost cannot fill a man whois already full of himself. The world is full of people who want todo good, but they are in no hurry to com-mence. If horses could go to heaven there are agood many men who would be kept out. As long as prize fighting pays so muchbetter than preaching, the devil will feelthat he still owns the earth.
