Northern entrance to Visby harbor station. Gotlan's railway, GJ was the first and largest railway company on Gotland. The railway was nationalized in 1947. Public traffic was closed down in 1960. Individual freight traffic under Visby cooperative slaughterhouse was conducted on the Slaktriet-Visby harbor route until May 1962.
