The South Carolina National Guard recognized the National Guard’s 382nd birthday with a cake-cutting ceremony Dec. 13, 2018, at the South Carolina Military Museum in Columbia, South Carolina. Pvt. Jackson Sulser, 1-178th Field Artillery Headquarters and Headquarters Battery signal support specialist, 17, and Sgt. 1st Class Tommy Morgan, 4-118th Combined Arms Battalion Headquarters and Headquarters Company electronic warfare sergeant, 59, cut the cake and Army Maj. Gen. Robert E. Livingston, the adjutant general for South Carolina, presided over the ceremony.
