Pete Garvin, commander, Naval Education and Training Command (NETC), uses a Navigation, Seamanship and Ship-Handling Trainer (NSST-6) at the Mariner Skills Training Center Pacific as part of a visit to San Diego area NETC commands, Oct. 31, 2022.
